Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to offer you the best products and the right shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: I) Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days. 2) Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, US items usually take between 7 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer depending on the USPS. International delivery shipments going outside of the USA could take longer.

PARADISE PET SUPPLY will offer you a refund option in case the item is no longer in stock or in the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, we will contact customers and offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase cost in full.

In the event that you have an issue with our product please email our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your original item to arrange an exchange/return.  We will gladly send out exchanges for our customers for items that are in good conditions or unused (i.e.-unworn with all tags still attached) and in the same condition you received it in. All returns must have an RMA number.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. You will receive an email with your credit details. Any item that is returned with a foul odor, washed, pet stains, pet hair, etc will not be accepted.  

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. PARADISE PET SUPPLY cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and PARADISE PET SUPPLY is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. PARADISE PET SUPPLY cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case. If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, PARADISE PET SUPPLY cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.

Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.
